Adult Leader Training

| Youth Protection Training - Take your YPT on line. This method is sanctioned by the troop and Sam Houston Area Council. Training and test take about 30 minutes. A certificate will be emailed upon completion. It is important that our troop records reflect your YPT, so send your certificate to our advancement/ administration leader. All adults who have any direct contact with scouts (campouts, merit badge classes, anything) are required to have YPT every 3 years. YPT from Cub Scouts is the same as and remains valid for Boy Scouts.
